About

Tracy Hamlin is a classically trained vocalist, songwriter, and international recording artist from Baltimore. She has executive produced five solo R&B/Jazz albums for her own record label, DMH Records. Tracy has performed in over 55 countries as a solo artist, with Pieces of a Dream, and with Gloria Gaynor as a background vocalist/road manager. In addition to Carlos Santana and Marcus Miller, her performance credits include Wynona Judd and Will Downing, Chaka Khan and Peabo Bryson. In collaboration with international producers, Tracy consistently releases House music singles for a variety of record labels worldwide. For nine years, she produced and coordinated private music events on the beautiful island of St. Lucia. The Sweet Jazz Festival & Concert Series is also owned and produced by Tracy, with proceeds supporting private music instruction, as well as donations to charities in Loudoun County, Virginia. The Recording Academy (GRAMMYs) has played an increasingly important role in Tracy's career in recent years. Formerly, she served as a board member and vice president of the Washington DC GRAMMY Chapter. As a former National Trustee of the Recording Academy (GRAMMYs), she served on the Finance, Membership, Awards & Nominations, Planning & Governance, and the Music Educator of the Year Award Blue Ribbon Committee. In addition, Hamlin also serves as Chair for Visit Loudoun’s Tourism and Hospitality Board of Directors in Loudoun County, Virginia.Tracy’s goal is to continue performing and recording internationally while inspiring and grooming up-and-coming artists.
