The signature program is designed for individuals from corporations, small /entrepreneurial businesses, civic and community organizations and non-profits who are currently serving in a leadership role. You might consider applying for our signature program if the following qualities describe you:

Benefits of Participating
Leadership Loudoun allows doors to be opened for greater community involvement, increased visibility, and helps identify where strategic alliances might be forged. Our signature program creates additional opportunities to influence positive change and impact quality of life in the community.

Leadership Loudoun hosts a number of exclusive member activities throughout the calendar year that provide our alumni with opportunities to meet and engage with key leaders in the community and participate in professional development training. While some of these events have a cost, paid members receive either complimentary or discounted admission price to all events. In addition to the events, all paid members will have access to our Membership Directory.
Application Process
Applications may be submitted online, mailed or emailed to the Leadership Loudoun office. Applications must be signed by the candidate, candidate's employer, and financial sponsor (a representative of the organization paying tuition or candidate himself/herself). Applications must be accompanied by a $100.00 non-refundable processing fee; payment must accompany the application.

PLEASE NOTE: Applications do not guarantee acceptance. In addition, telephone or in-person interviews will be conducted with all applicants.
ATTENDANCE/PARTICIPATION: Full attendance at all day sessions (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) and the opening retreat (two full days plus one overnight) is required. Only two absences will be allowed for personal/work situations.
TUITION: Tuition for the Class Experience program is $3,500. Tuition is non-refundable. Upon acceptance, a $1,000 non-refundable payment toward tuition is required. Unless special arrangements have been made with the President of Leadership Loudoun, remainder of tuition must be received in full prior to the opening retreat.
SCHOLARSHIPS: A limited number of partial tuition scholarships are available and are determined by need. Candidates wishing to apply for tuition assistance must complete the separate Application for Financial Assistance form, available here and submit it with their application to programcoordinator@leadershiploudoun.org.

Incomplete applications will not be considered. Applicants will be notified of their status no later than July 26, 2024.
